    Hi Annette. Absolutely, when I first got into wine, I loved Yellowtail too. Simple, no fuss, straight-forward, easy drinking juice. But when you start to look at the industry and the region as a whole, you see how it can drown the market.

    Starbucks, for instance, moving in and driving out the independent coffee houses or Border’s Books, or Wal Marts. It’s not that they have bad products, but they can box out the little guys.

    CCAI recommends: “Check out Heartland Winery. Flinder’s Ranges. Always Charles Cimicky. For just above Yellowtail prices Woop Woop is quality. Killer Shiraz and an interesting Verdelho”

    Thanks David! I’ll check them out! Also, fyi, really enjoyed learning about Absynthe. Not sure I’ll try it, but enjoyed being able to talk about it as it is making it’s way into Omaha.
